How do I know my online order has been received?

You will receive an email once you have placed your order, when it is being processed, and when it has been sent off

How can I check the delivery status of my online order?

You will receive email updates of the progress of your shipments, or you can send an email to sales@jurassicjungle.com.au with your order number and we will give you an update

How long does delivery take?

Products are sent within 3-5 business days from date of order; shipping will take approx. 7+ days depending on location. Public holidays, location, and time may affect delivery times

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping costs $14.95

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order straight after purchasing by sending an email/phoning us. Once the order has been booked for shipping cancellation is no longer available
